Marketing Communications
We send marketing communications (offers, promotions, travel inspiration) only to customers who have explicitly opted in. You can change your marketing preferences at any time using the controls below or in your account settings.
Service Notifications
Service notifications (booking confirmations, request updates, account security alerts) are not marketing communications and are sent regardless of your marketing preference to ensure you receive important information about your bookings and account.
Email Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by updating your preferences below. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service notifications.
Data Sharing Choices
We share your data with third-party service providers (hotel suppliers, flight suppliers, payment processors) only as necessary to fulfill your booking requests. You can choose not to use specific services by not submitting requests for those services.
Analytics
We collect usage analytics linked to your user account to improve our services and provide personalized recommendations. This data is associated with your account identifier. We use it to generate aggregated, non-identifiable statistics for service improvement.
